Fix Windows Installer Errors

Most of the time when you go to install new programs on your computer, the operating system is going to use Windows Installer to perform the setup and install. Sometimes the Windows Installer can become corrupt or have errors causing it to not perform properly. This can often lead to the inability to install (or uninstall) software. These messages often look like:
